I miss Ana, she knew how to cater to all customers my last experience was very uncomfortable. The woman washing hair was criminally rough and they made comments about my hair and sounds. The prices are never consistent and the service is not the same. Also no one speaks english my advice is not to discriminate and to remove rough older woman.

I've been to this salon many times over the years because it is convenient. Kelly is rude she chooses whose hair she wants to do based on what it looks like. When she doesn't want to do your hair she'll ask if you have an appointment. & then look in her FAKE appointment book to see if she can squeeze you in or not. I have well managed natural hair. I like rollers after my hair is wash not the blow dryer. Since my hair is managed thats fine. But I've seen her refuse service if a natural person want rollers and not the blow dryer. She is not the one washing hair & putting rollers in it anyway. The lady who wash hair is so sweet. I wish she worked somewhere else.

I love this salon and am grateful for the days that I met these lovely women. They are all kind and professional. They make me feel at home. It's truly a pleasure to have a wash & set, a blow out, an updo, braids, trim and more. Gracias Kelly, Illuminada, Sylvia y Anna! Las quiero mucho y les deseo lo mejor! This hair salon it’s fabulous! Love the ambiance and the hairdresser Kelly is the best! The other personal is also amazing!!! And they have a fast and efficient WIFI! Ladies if you need to do some work or study bring in your laptop while you’re doing your hair!
