DO NOT COME HERE ! If I could leave 0 stars I would . I first came here in nov to get a full platinum with a few low lights . (Reminder I’m already kinda blonde ). I messaged her before going in with a photo . She said she can definitely do it . And quoted me around $400 dollars to do the platinum like the photo . Reminder it was 95 percent platinum and maybe 5 percent low lights but she said she could do it . I arrived at 11 am and left at 6:30 pm . Besides the extremely long wait due to having multiple clients at once and Betty being the only workers (she is the owner) . I kinda just excepted she was working . After getting home I visibly noticed and everyone noticed . I had 90 percent low lights and my natural color and 10 percent platinum. I messaged her a day after voicing my concern

I wasn’t going to write a review but I really don’t want someone to go through a similar experience. A couple weeks ago I had an appt for a balayage with Betty. I’ve been seeing Betty for a couple years for cuts and styles and she’s always done a great job. I showed up, on time, for my 2:15 appointment, just as she sat someone down and asked me to wait a “few minutes” (note: I confirmed my appointment twice via email and via text). I watched while her wash, cut, and style their hair. I waited for an entire hour before my appointment even started. They are always running far behind or take walk-ins in between their appointments so having an appointment doesn’t really seem to matter. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for, and she said that she could do it, but when I walked away

I have been going to Betty for years. I went to her asking for like an auburn ish color. Showed her a picture. And I ended up being there for 5 hours and not getting the outcome I wanted. I ended up getting charged $130. $80 color and another $50 color. I thought this trip to her would be fast and cost at the most $100. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I feel like a carrot. My hair is pretty much orange which isn’t what I asked for and I’m not happy at all and I’m really disappointed

Betty consistently delivers the best cuts and colors I've ever had. Before I became her client a year or two ago, I was paying three to four times as much for haircuts that were always *almost* what I wanted. But with Betty, I can describe the look I’m going for, show her a few inspiration photos, and she just gets it. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and makes thoughtful adjustments based on my hair type and what will complement my face shape. Her approach to coloring is also very gentle, showing how much she prioritizes maintaining healthy hair. Scheduling is always easy, her prices are very reasonable, and I never feel pressured to buy products like I have with other stylists. When I do ask for recommendations, though, they’re always spot on.

Scheduled a mens haircut appointment here at night with Betty despite reading the recent negative reviews. Left unsatisfied and feeling ripped off. The owner is not gentle with the comb, it'll feel like she's pulling your poor hair right out of your head. Haircut was rushed and little care was taken to make it look good. I have long thick hair which is difficult to mess up and somehow walked out of there with a freaking bowl cut. Seems like the owner lost her touch/passion at some point in the last few years which is unfortunate because she used to give good haircuts. Listen to the reviews and steer clear and look elsewhere!
