Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I had my hair highlighted low lighted and toned yesterday afternoon by Jasmine Craighead. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional, impeccable & the detail oriented work she did on me. She was a breath of fresh air who will have an amazing career ahead of her. If you need any color services I most definitely would recommend her any day of the week! Thanks Jasmine!

I have an Autistic son & someone who can be gentle & patient with him means the world to us. He actually cant wait to go get his hair cut by her again. She is amazing & her name is Helen, shes our girl. Love her already.

OMG!!!!! If you are young, (younger than 80), female and still care about your appearance, DO NOT GO HERE! I got a haircut from a woman with green hair. It was an uncomfortable prank, is what it felt like. I went back for "the manager" to fix my hair. I walked out looking like a disheveled, lunatic, mess!!!!!!!!! No methodical approach to hair cuts, or style. Chunks of my hair blatantly missing and uneven. I am MORTIFIED with my experience in this place. I can not wear my hair down, and do not want to go in public now.

Although the person who colored and cut my hair was very nice, she missed spots with the color, seemed nervous, and totally did not give me the cut I asked for. I wanted shoulder length and she cut it way too short. A bit disappointing when I pay so much.

The woman who cut my hair honestly seemed like she didn’t even have a cosmetology license and was just practicing on me. Her scissors were so dull that my hair kept getting caught and it wouldn’t cut cleanly at all. And even though I clearly asked for something specific, she did the complete opposite. When I got home and looked closely, I realized she had chopped my hair in uneven chunks. I wanted natural layers… but that was nowhere close. I was so upset for days that I ended up fixing my hair myself at home. And why don’t they blow-dry your hair at the end here? It felt like leaving the salon with wet hair after a shower. I’m never going back. It even took her a full hour just to cut my hair… I have so much more to say, but I’m too annoyed to keep writing. I never leave reviews, but I’
