Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

All blonde is what I wanted….following is what I got lol. Would give negative stars if I could. Stylist messed up first time and I wanted a refund but owner said she could fix it right away. She is super nice and friendly and has done a great job before but this is just unacceptable 😂 I am literally embarrassed. Now to go home and blow dry and comb this mess. Really hope my hair isn’t ruined.

Went there with three of my kids to get haircuts so a total of 4 haircuts. One of the girls out of the three had a personality. They made the experience feel awkward the cuts weren't that great and I gave her coupons for $2 off each haircut and they only applied to two haircuts. After spending $15 per kid haircut and $18 for mine ($63 plus tip) I felt very unsatisfied. Won't be back.

I was hesitant about going here ,especially after I booked & it was with Cassie as a lot of people gave her bad reviews so I’m posting my good experience I had ,I wanted a cut/trim & eyebrows waxed she did a great job & exactly what I wanted & asked for ,now I would be fine rescheduling with her again. She was busy only 2 of them there & she was the only one concerned about answering the phone & taking care of customers 😊Thanks again Cassie…

I had Cassie cut and wash my hair. Firstly, I think the cut itself is fine, to be fair. Although I asked her to cut my hair to a length that I can still put it into a ponytail. (she failed at that one request)But it was the lack of care this lady put into the experience. For example, she didn't use heat protection for my hair for the blow dry or for straightening. She also got really lazy with straightening my hair, and I saw my hair sizzling bc my hair was still damp. I left the salon looking like a poofy mess, headed to a funeral, and can't even put my hair up to hide it. Oh and I had to ask her myself to please put in product of some kind to help with the poofiness! She didn't even really talk or converse with me either, even after I shared I was there getting a haircut cut for my dad's

I've had haircuts from Chelsea and Stephanie and both do an exceptional job. Great atmosphere here. Highly recommend.
