Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I scheduled a haircut for my son and sent him with a picture to show the cut. I asked him if he felt confident showing the hairstylist because he’s been there before a few times and he said he did. He had a new hairstylist who didn’t understand English very well this time. Halfway through his appointment, he text me and said “help, please” because she was bleaching his hair. When I came in she said that he told him to bleach his hair. Mind you he is 14 and I had scheduled a haircut appointment. He did not understand the Salon language and felt super uncomfortable. They did what they could to fix it, he ended up with a patch work of colors instead of the 20 minute haircut. He said that she was short with him and he was scared. I'm very pleased with this hair salon! This is my second visit there, Mimi cut my hair a few weeks ago and she knew right away what will be best. Short, sporty haircut. Last week Blanca did my roots and highlights, she did a great job!

Blanca has done my hair 3 times now and I’m really enjoying the summer blond color she gave me. She is very pleasant and takes her time explaining the process, time, etc. She is all around very professional and pleasant because I’m one of those clients that makes last minute appts and I’m often unsure what I’m looking to achieve. Always a pleasure to have her suggestions and ideas come to fruition.

I am so pleased with our services. I took my son to get his first actual hair cut ever and he got a mid taper fade and it looks soooo good. His stylist did such a great job!!

Had my first appointment with Blanca today (highlights). Starting over with a new stylist is always scary for me, but she did a wonderful job, along with making me super comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone; thank you, my hair is beautiful.
