Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Update: Shelley the Salon manager reached out and set me up with a stylist to make things right. The cut will grow out, but we got the color and the shape of the look corrected with blending and texturing and toning. The conversation was pleasant and friendly. I left happy and I will return for my next cut and color. I am so heartbroken 💔 over the experience i had at the salon this evening. Ive been coming to this (cypress lake) and the Dani Dr. Locations for over a decade. Tonight was the worst visit yet. I gave a picture to the stylist, she confidently said she could give me what I wanted a bob with layers and a few highlights around my crown. What I got is a blond rocker spaniel doo. Cindy my stylist told me every thing going wrong in hers, her children's, and her grand children's

Marc did a great job with my high and tight. The one-star is for trying to scam me at checkout with an extra charge on top of the 29 dollar haircut for a 8 dollar shaving fee. I contested, got it removed, but I'm not coming back, ever. Since when is charging the in-between neck shave service charged on top of the regular haircut normal practice? I've been a customer since 2008 at Dani Village. Your response validates the scam. Debbie also told me that charge is not normal.

I had a great experience for my birthday at fantastic sams! Huyen was amazing, she gave me the best haircut I have ever had, exactly what I asked for but better. I would highly recommend her! I had a wash, cut, and dry service. (She suggested some products that have also helped me get the best out of my hair) Walked out happy and feeling amazing, I am still in love with my haircut❤️ Thank you Huyen you are #1 the BEST!!

I had the most incredible experience with Alyssa at the salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and kind atmosphere. Alyssa not only transformed my hair from a disastrous at-home bleach job to my dream color in just one session, but she also made the entire process seamless and fun. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were evident from the consultation to the final result. I never felt judged for attempting to do my hair at home; instead, Alyssa approached the situation with understanding and skillfully corrected it. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and can confidently say I will never go to anyone else for my hair. Thank you, Alyssa, for such a wonderful experience!

I went to see Anna Nichole on Saturday. I have been bouncing around from stylist to stylist with decent haircuts but not what I was looking for. I liked the fact that she listened, suggested and then exceeded my expectations of a haircut I never thought I would get close to again. I wear my hair short in an angled layered bob and now that is what it looks like. She is also has a very kind soul and a calming presence. I am looking forward to many years of amazing haircuts with her. The salon staff and the manager, Shelley, are also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you from the bottom of my roots! :)
