Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I’m not a negitive Nancy or a Karen to post negitive reviews everywhere. I am doing This because I really feel like we got screwed here. I went into get myself and my daughters hair cut and blow dried. I had a women named Amelia that was nice and did what I asked of her. No complaints. Simultaneously Kellsie started on my daughter’s hair. (We both have very long hair down to our butts) my daughter requested about 4” off the bottom to cut off dead ends. So Kellsie got to work. My daughter was in chair back towards the mirror the whole service (now I know that this was intentional) she cut off about 13 inches and left my daughter with above shoulder length hair, absolutely awful. She cut after washing cut again after blow drying and kept cutting away. My daughter was too young to know what w

Do NOT get your hair cut by Kellsie F. She was really rude to my 3 year old. Unprofessional. My son felt uncomfortable. She started pulling and talking to him inappropriately. I stopped her and didn't let her continue with the cut. Very unsatisfied.

I was very happy when I left Fantastic Sam's on April 5,. Kellsie, took me in and adjusted my haircut. She listened to me and heard my concern. It is now even and now I can style it to my liking and I feel good about my hair. I will be making an appointment with her in the near future to recolor my hair and trim. Thank you Kellsie I appreciate you.

This was my first time going to a hair salon in over 3 years, I scheduled my appointment with Laurie she was very nice, the prices are very affordable, she gave me some advice on what I should use for my hair to keep it healthy, I will definitely be going back!

I hate being this person to complain but I had the newer young girl in the back chair do my hair twice and it was awful each time. She said she couldn’t style my bangs a certain way because of how the rest of my hair was cut which doesn’t make sense since I do it myself all the time at home.. my blow dry was a frizzy mess and my layers are uneven and my hair is shaped like a bowl from the back. I now have to go to another salon and cut off about an inch of my hair which I’ve been trying to grow out for years. I didn’t want to let her touch my hair this time but I was kind of forced to no one else was available and I didn’t want to be rude. Also everyone on the phone is never that nice or helpful.
