Fantastic Braids

Braids were so tight that I couldn’t even go to bed, had to remove them same day. My scalp is currently sore and also irritated. Went back the next day and ask them to redo per there policy I could come back in up two days to get them fixed was told I should have left them in and they would fix them. U said no it was pulling my hair and they need to come out ASAP.Then they offer to discount but wouldn’t tell me what the discount would be. Called the police, now this will be a civil matter since they didn’t want to just redo the tight braids over. Also reported them to Texas Department of License and Regulations. If you wish to be bald. Then I recommend you go here, because even if you tell them to not do your hair tight they will still do so. Then come up with a lie about the texture of yo

The name says it all! Sooo...why only 4 stars? Well, I wanted some jumbo goddess braids & the stylist doesn't braid overhand 😪. However, they do so many other styles & quickly too. You're in, done & out! I've been coming here since '09 when I moved to Houston & no matter what side of town I live on, I always find myself coming here. Took my daughter to Lala's on Tidwell & her edges started breaking & braids falling out by day 3. These ladies have growing hands. My daughter's edges are back & strong. I always recommend Fantastic Braids to my friends & fam. Now I'm recommending them to you...the reader.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR COME BACK TO THAT to fo get their hair done . My experience WERE HORRIBLE .I got my hair braided by them after Easter three of the girls were doing My hair . Tell me why that week later . My box braids falled out . So I call them up . They told me to come in to redue them and I have to buy the hair Sotheby's did it . So tell me why the three day they came out again . So today I called them and let them know what happened. AND HER CAN I UNLESS GET MY HALF OF MY REFUND AND THEY CHARGE TO DO MY HAIR 200 DOLLARS . SHE TOLD ME NO ..SO NOW I HAVE TO TAKE THE REST OF MY HAIR DOWN

Don’t ever go here and they can’t do knotless my knotless where very ugly and I showed them a video and pictures and still did my hair the way they wanted. So as a braider I went back and told them about the braids and for future reference when they do knotless and stated I didn’t want them fixed are any of that just so they want get bad reviews and the lady started screaming at me because she know they where ugly. They have bad customer service and they knotless are not cute at all
