I called before arriving. She told me $60 for 30 minutes reflexology and 30 mins full body. Once it came time to pay the total was $73 plus tip. Where did the extra $13 come from? Definitely not tax.. obviously I paid but I’ll never be back. I also realized it’s different people working there than before. She said they are under new management. Smh. I used to go allll the time and never had this problem until today.

This place was great! The door is a little confusion. It’s behind the building and the actual door you open is silver. They have a waiting room area and to the side is where they do their manicures. They have a few private massage rooms. Then in the back is where they do the reflexology. The chairs are motorized and can go up and down. They start you off with your feet in warm water while massaging your back/neck/shoulders. Then you lay down with a blanket and they do reflexology on your feet/legs. After that they have you lay on your stomach and do a body/back/neck/head massage and my lady did a focus on my shoulders with oil which really loosened my knots! This was a relaxing and very good massage!

They deserve more customers! If you are looking for a cheap yet quality and friendly staff, this is the place to go! I just ran out of time but i would like to try their brazilian wax and full body massage! I did pedicure with spa, upper lip wax and 30 min foot reflexology and only paid $64 (including tax, excluding tip). I was surprised. Ill visit more often. I always pass by on this business cause i live in SoNo area so it is super convenient for me as it is just walking distance. Love it. The lady treat me with utmost care, love love it!

If I lived closer I would come monthly. Great prices and good massage. I really appreciated them getting me in without an appointment too.

I called ahead to ask if they had availability and she said yes and I could come in in 20 mins. I arrive and ask for an hour long massage. I paid $30 for an uber ride, because I don't have a car. I It's then that she tells me she "might" have a client in 45 minutes and if she does then I can't have my full massage. I'm unhappy about this because that's bad business. She accepted my reservation during the overlap of another one. It's not my fault if the client comes in 45 mins or not, but I'm sure affected if I would have gone somewhere else that could take me. What upset me is how she assumed that this was perfectly fine and even said "if the client shows up and your massage is only 45 minutes, there's always next time" like I don't live here, have a car, and I called ahead and you double
