The staff was very friendly and polite but, unfortunately, my nails were awful. I felt like my nail tech had no clue what she was doing. My nails were lumpy and so messy looking.

My nails were AWFUL. they were friendly but don’t know how to do nails. Acrylic was placed on my cuticle. I went home and had to do all the reshaping myself. I will not be coming back sorry

I cant even rate properly because I cant get a hold of her. I've called and stopped by several times. I got a gift certificate that I have been unable to use. If the owner sees this please reach out to me because I'd like to use my gift certificate or at least get the money back to the person who got it for me. I'll gladly make an appointment. If I don't hear back I may need to take steps to ratify the situation myself. I wonder if a news station would want to hear about it. Looking forward to a response. In the meantime I'll continue calling and stopping by and asking around to get a hold of you. ✌️

I went there, asked for a refill. The girl didn’t know what she was doing and used the wrong acrylic! The pictures on the reviews are not their work! My nails were all clumpy and the nail polish was also clumpy! Stayed there for about 4 hours just for a refill! I asked to get them taken off and left there without paying because I was unhappy wit what I had gotten! I went home and had to take off my nails because of the way they looked!! Don’t get me wrong they are nice but I will never ever go back there ever again!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!

Thankful that they re-opened this spot. It’s definitely ran by new owners though, which is wonderful news. Much cleaner and brighter. I enjoy when I am welcomed with a smile, I never complain about my wax! It’s been on point, I need to get back.
