I had a great experience here today. Crystal was incredibly friendly and professional, and she kept conversation going the entire time, which really helped distract from the discomfort of the wax. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish and took the time to explain aftercare as well. She also recommended and sold me a soap to help with hair regrowth and a numbing cream to use before my next visit, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very welcoming and professional experience. I will definitely be coming back.

Crystal is an amazing soul. From the first day I met her she was attentive and detailed from beginning to end. She ensured that she took her time on my facial and walked me through the entire process of what she was doing. I felt so calm and at peace.
