I wish I could give them a fat ZERO! My daughter went in to get her nails done for a vacation. She had an inspo pic and it was a very simple French style tip but with blue on the tip and she requested white as the base (that did not happen). We were given this salon by someone else so shame on us for not reading the reviews and seeing the pics on here if their horrible work that a five-year-old could have done better. Apparently, the owner Tina did get nails. My poor daughter was cut several times and they put glue on the cuts which made it burn of course. We are hoping she doesn’t get an infection as she was cut and they did not put new drill bits on for sanding and they used the same file for all the customers. Per the board of cosmetology these must be thrown out and a new one us

I went here because someone had recommended this place to me I didn't check the reviews bc I believed it would be good if someone recommended it, unfortunately that was not true, I go in she asks if I like the length of the nails I say yes but as Tina is shaping them she's removing the length. And all the nails were uneven and my thumb was sideways pointing, She does the French tips they were uneven I wanted in blue but I asked for a white background but did not get that. Also she did cut me and then put glue on the cut I was super upset about it and decided to call and ask if I can come in for a redo she says yes I get there and she starts talking bad about me to her coworkers, also she said REDO she didn't take any of them off I told her how the length was not right and she started argui

I always go to Lily for Pedicures! She is great and takes her time and does a good job. I haven’t gotten a manicure yet but plan to soon. Very reasonable prices and good service

Wonderful, wonderful (salt of the earth) pedicure specialist but horrible, horrible work (too fast, drew blood, sloppy massage, choppy nail edges) on all my toe nails. Came home to remedy myself, will take a couple passes to get back to okay. I’m hesitant about pedicures, mostly because many places are focused on quantity not quality, and this was the prime example of why I’m leery about pedicures.

I'm reading all these terrible reviews and all I can do is share my own experience. I never get a manicure (not into them), but the pedicures are always great and they have new massage chairs. I've come here a dozen times at least and am always satisfied. They seem to have a stream of regulars that come often. It's my favorite nail salon in Pville.
