This was the first time I have been to a place that offered different pedicure options with clear explanations of what each pedicure includes, along with transparent pricing for gel or regular polish. There were no hidden fees and no surprise add ons like verbally asking for an extra $5 here and there. Thea not sure if I am spelling the name correctly did an amazing job and I was honestly so satisfied. He took his time cleaning my cuticles very thoroughly and was extremely careful and dedicated throughout the service. For a $65 gel pedicure, it included hot stones, a hot neck warmer, and about 22 minutes of massage. I am from out of town & decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Fancy Nails was close to where I am staying so my friend & I walked in & were immediately greeted by their friendly staff. The salon was very clean & comfortable. We received excellent service, great foot massages & pedicures (they did a beautiful chrome pedicure for me) and gave us recommendations for great local restaurants to try while in town. In the meantime, an elderly lady and her caregiver came in as walk ins and asked for an appointment. The caregiver explained that they had been refused service by a nearby salon due to the elderly woman's memory issues. The staff welcomed them in, took their time explaining what they were doing, visiting with them and making sure they felt comfortable. It was a heart warming

Usually this is my favorite place to go but my pedicure this time left me all cut up. I am not sure I’ll be able to return after this unfortunately.

Kitty(not sure how to spell her name) was absolutely amazing! Never had a better experience at a nail salon. Affordable prices, clean, friendly staff, beautiful work! My new go to nail salon 🩷

Instead of talking to the customer, they talk to each other and what I wanted on my nails was completely ignored. That’s just disappointing. I’ve been coming here for years.
