HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY RUDE MAN AT FRONT COUNTER! Got a manicure here about a week ago and about half of them had already chipped. I politely asked what the price would be to just fix the broken nails because the manicure was so fresh. At the end of the conversation I had only been given answers such as “No.”, “We won’t do that because we don’t want to.”, and I should “get out and go to a different salon.” MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Thank you Fancy Nails for making my first time nail experience in Madison so extraordinary. I'm in love with my nails. Never had my nails done under an hour. Excellent service. Definitely recommend anyone making use of their services.

Walked in the door at 5:45pm. There were 3 workers sitting around doing nothing, and only 1 customer in a chair. They rudely stated they didn’t have time to do my nails. When I asked what time they closed because I thought it was 7:00pm.. she said, “take last customer at 5:30”. I hate to know it would have taken 1 hour and 15 minutes to do my nails! They must not need the business. That is the last time I will darken their door!

First of all I would not recommend anyone to go there ever!!! I got my nails done yesterday and my marble design has completely come off on one hand and almost all the way off on the other. I had To wait for someone else to do my design and she started putting the top coat on my design finger and she said she has to do it before the design goes on…. Obviously they didn’t know what they are doing. If she didn’t put a top coat on then the design would not have peeled off. The shape is not at all what I asked for I like them very squared and not so round and skinny. I also Asked if there was anyone that could do an eyebrow wax and she said we all to busy… really yes let’s turn down business. So my nails were $60. What is that real life I asked for a break down… $40 dip powder $5 to remove
