I absolutely adore this place! I left another wellness center to come here based off the rave reviews I was getting about them from a good friend! One phone call with a few questions to Madison Main before switching had me switching SO FAST! They made me realize how much I was WAY overpaying at the other center I was going to, so to say Madison Main’s pricing is very competitive to other places and ON POINT is an understatement! The entire staff is incredible, and I absolutely love the fact that the owner is so incredibly involved in the workplace from providing services to answering the phones! She also makes sure her team has the best training, and also FREQUENT training to keep their skills sharp and up to date, and who WOULDN’T love going to a place that puts so much effort in constant

Highly recommend for a relaxing time. Went to Tori for a head spa and facial. It was relaxing, enjoyable, and made me feel amazing afterwards. Tori was super nice making sure I was comfortable the entire time as well as taking care of my skin and scalp. The owner and receptionist were amazing as well. They kept checking to make sure I was good prior to my appointment as well as just talking about day to day life. Will happily be back and looking forward to it already.

I absolutely love Madison Main! I have gone to several other places for skin care services, and the ladies here are by far the best! I have been working with Kristen for about a month now and I already feel and look the best I have felt in a long time. Kristen is patient, kind and very informative and takes her time. I can not thank Madison main wellness enough. An extremely vulnerable post but the goal here at Madison main is to not be judgmental and have a safe space to share your accomplishments and reach your goals whatever they are! I have been on a weight loss journey for 6 months now. When I did my first weigh in, I was 235.0 lbs and I am now 24lbs down 6 months later!! I have a 2 year old and I was very low on energy and unhealthy, depressed and just over all embarrassed that I let myself get to that point until I started trizepitide weight loss program. First off, the spa itself is adorable! Clean and cozy the second you walk in. I went for a mini facial headspa combo with Mandy and it was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about hair growth and health, as well as treatments for my breakouts. After 2 weeks using the product, my face has improved tremendously! I have been fighting acne for 2 years post partum and am thankful to finally have results. Kristen has also been wonderful, very patient with all of my questions since I am newer to the injectable world. I can't wait to have an appointment with her, and will definitely be seeing Mandy again soon too!
