Family Nails

I was just there right now, and I sat in the seat for three hours. I did my pedicure. I asked for French tips and she did my whole nail white. They charged me for the French tips. She did not topcoat. She did not clean it up my nails look cricket. And the owner Mary doesn’t even answer my messages and these not 1 first time they do these

At first I thought it was going to be a good place. Family nails, so I brought my sister. I wanted almond and got something far from it. I wasn't going to write a review but this morning I woke up to my cuticles inflamed with itchy little bumps. This experience was definitely not the greatest. She started my nails just fine. I thought they looked decent but then a group of people came in and she just rushed to finish. The nails don't even cover my natural nails. I didn't know what she was doing until after I left but in stead of fixing it she decided to just cut my natural nail, To try and hide it, I'm assuming. They are also so uneven and lopsided. They don't even look like they could pass as real nails. I'm so upset my nails came out so terrible. I'll be going back today to show them.

I’m new to the area so I was desperately looking for a new nail spot. I read some really good reviews on here and it was super close so I figured why not? I am SO happy I did. Someone recommended Kathy and I made an appointment with her. I get dip, keep my nails short and am super particular about shape and thickness. She filed them perfectly and they weren’t too thick like other places. I will definitely be back!! ❤️

Decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I called ahead and was able to get in within 30 minutes. The technician was knowledgeable and listened to what I asked for. She was gentle and the foot/leg massage was great! I am very happy with my pedicure and will return again.

I had an amazing experience at Family Nails. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. My nails look stunning, and the relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect self-care day. Highly recommend!
