Family nails

Worst sns I’ve ever had. Terrible job. After having her redo one nail, it still looks terrible. I went because it’s convenient, but will not waste my money again. Photos were taken same day.

I have never EVER had such a bad manicure and gel application! Do not waste your money!!! My manicure lasted all of 5 minutes including the cuticle soak. Gel polish was applied to the half of my cuticles that was not cut! Less than a week later I have ridges from the grow out! My pedicure wasn’t much better! Polish has already come off of one of my toes!! Wasted $85!!

i went for a soak off and new polish, instead of her soaking my nails off she was using a fake nail tip and was putting it underneath my nails and was ripping them off. she wasn’t even able too paint one of my nails because it was bleeding and bruised so bad. 3 of my fingers were bleeding and she told me too come back in a few days and she would fix it

Honestly, when I first started coming here, it was great. The pricing for a gel pedicure was good, the service never felt rushed, and I always left feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, I’m leaving this review because of a sanitation issue. I came in for a quick polish change on my toes, and the next day I developed a burning, excruciating pain under my big toenail. I was later told it was athlete’s foot, which I’ve never had before. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I’ve always had positive experiences here in the past. I really hope they step up their sanitation practices and realize how important this is. I’m also in the beauty industry, and sanitation is one of the most important parts of our job — it should never be overlooked.

I've been having pedicures here for several years. I take my 87-year-old mom here as well. After being treated horribly at Fancy Nails in madison, I found this place. They are wonderful, friendly, gentle, kind, caring and great people! They are so gentle with my elderly mother. We love the folks here and we love this place! They do a great job!
