Family Nails Care and Spa

i think i got overcharged but i'm happy with the results. i asked for an acrylic fill (not a whole new set) and gel manicure. it was the most i have ever paid for nails, ever. i paid $120 and tipped $5 because i wasn't expecting it to be so expensive. i've paid less here for bigger services so i'm a little sad. they did a really good job though.

I came in with my autistic son to get him and I nails done, everyone was pleasant and understanding until the owners husband got there. My son was becoming very overstimulated and wanted to leave. The owners husband BEN began to say stupid comments like “we are not a babysitting company” “his behavior is unacceptable”, I said I never ask you to and you just lost a customer. I file a complaint as well. He was rolling his eyes stating for me to get him and what not. His behavior was beyond disgusting unprofessional and discrimination towards special needs. WE will NOT be coming back. Ben is unprofessional immature silly and ignorant and it shows. What type of owner are you to do embarrassing humiliating things in front of customers that see that let alone what kind of man are you to display

I moved and my best friend suggested this place... I have to say that I am extremely pleased with their services, cleanliness and their prices!!! Update; I still go her but today I went to for a pedicure AND get nails to stop me from picking at my fingertips

Going in then being asked to come back at a specific time apparently doesn’t constitute as an appointment. That’s fine. It’s clear that I am no longer considered a loyal customer. I understand. I’m just going to go somewhere else. I’m sadly amending my initial review & rating. I was one of “Ben & Jennifer’s” first customers. I kept returning, referring people and I was patient when the small shop got great reviews and became busier. I was happy for their success. I didn’t come in as often after 2020 but I still loved them greeting me with my name and knowing which service I wanted. I tipped well. I tried to be as patient & understanding as could be when new employees completely failed to deliver quality. I still over tipped because I felt empathy for that staff member. A week and a half a

My mom and I have been coming here for TEN years! She always gets a pedicure and I get acrylics. Both are always done well. The place is always very clean and well-kept, very nice staff and calm music. Jenifer, the owner, always does my acrylics and gives me exactly what I’m looking for, with detail and care. They don’t really do appointments, just show up early when they open. They prioritize their returning clients, so tip well (20%+), and you’ll get the best care in return, I promise.
