Been going for years. $20 men’s haircut. Offers services to children and women too. I took my daughter once - great job. Quality is top-notch, takes about 15-20 minutes for men’s haircut. Can’t beat it. She’s proud of the #1 hair salon award and should be.

We are so glad we found Tho and Family Haircuts right in our neighborhood-- she is friendly, efficient, affordable, and does good work! For years my partner and I had commuted downtown for our haircuts at a more expensive salon that added a few bells and whistles. But now we've discovered a great barber with Tho, right near our home, saving time and money. We feel grateful and will be back each month.

I asked a neighbor to recommend a decent, affordable haircut. He recommended Family Hair Cuts on N. Lombard! I called, made an appointment (easy) and promptly went there! There's 30 minute parking right outside but from previous experience at Portland haircuts, I figured that wasn't enough time so I parked further away! I was in chair at appointed time and out again, with a very good haircut in about 12 minutes! (Neighbor didn't mention how FAST they are!) Friendly too, and all under $20! I'd recommend Family Hair Cuts to everyone for great, fast service for a good haircut at a reasonable price!! (Oh yeah, cash only, and at this price, I'm not complaining! )
