I was referred to Falls Mane by a friend, what a great referral! Was in and out efficiently and timely. Their hours of operation are accommodating, especially on specific evenings; important in today's world of dynamic work schedules. Misty did a great job, I look forward to going again (if only my hair grew faster)! 🏆

I love this Salon and my stylist, Heather. It's a quaint little shop with very friendly staff! All the ladies there are very nice, professional and welcoming. It's nice to have a salon where you can relax and find piece in your appointment after a long day. I highly recommend coming to see any of the ladies here, they will take great care of you.

I went in for a certain hair color and they didnt do it. They put in other colors that I didn't ask for not happy at all. They charged me way more than what it should of been. Will not go back at all. This was a color for my wedding and now I dont like my hair

I asked for a certain hair color, like a caramel blonde. My hair is now like 4 different patchy shades of blonde, after she used a WHOLE bottle of bleach on my hair, so now it’s fried. She claims it is exactly what i wanted which is not the case. My hair looks horrible will not go back.

I missed an appointment because I was in the hospital. This non-professional person said I owe her $20. So therefore, I cannot have my hair done. She refused my hair being done there.
