Boccaccio's and Cason’s Corner

So I got my hair done about 2-3 weeks ago I had asked for copper highlights with black roots, and I had also asked for curtain bangs I paid $213. She told me it was gonna be $200 so I’m assuming she took the $13 for the tip. She had showed me that she missed a spot and there was still pink in my hair, but later that day when I had went to work, my coworker showed me my hair and there was more pink in my hair then she had showed me. My hair looks like the top is just brown with black underneath that is not copper; nor do I think it looks like highlights. I also asked for my roots to be darker and for the highlights to be towards the ends of my hair, the top of my head is just brown lol. Sheila is amazing, kind, wonderful with kids and very personable with all of her clients. The salon is very clean and always feels so welcoming. I was a childcare teacher for over 10 years and the kid corner is awesome and gives children with sensory issues a fun & calming haircut experience. I would recommend anyone with young kiddos to check it out!

SO patient with my wild wiggly two year old!!!! She put in the work and time to gain his trust and gave him a perfect proper hair cut, which trust me, is a true accomplishment!

The good- easy to book an appointment, plenty of parking, clean facility, adorable kids corner, good price. The bad- the stylist kept trying to give a cut that was not requested. What was asked for was a disconnected cut, longer on top, down to skin on the sides and the stylist repeatedly kept trying to cut a fade, even after being reminded that wasn't what was requested. Had to go home and dig out the clippers to even up all the missed and uneven patches, which defeats the purpose of paying someone to do the cut. Edit to add update- called and spoke to the owner.... We went in to get 5 hair cuts including a baby’s first cut! Such an adorable little salon and AMAZING workers!! They were sooo kind to my kids ( more so than normal hair dressers) and really took an interest in them and what they wanted! Prices were great and service was even better!! We will def be back!
