Faith's Hair Studio

I went to Erin hoping to achieve a vibrant red hair color. I sent her a photo of the bright red shade I wanted days in advance, and we discussed the plan over text. We agreed on a “reddish brown” tone—a compromise between the bright red I envisioned and a more natural look. Unfortunately, the result was far from what we discussed. My hair turned out black (and looks even darker than the photo when I'm inside), which was completely unexpected and not at all what I asked for. When I voiced my concerns, Erin denied it (saying it is what we discussed - but pictures don't lie), was unwilling to acknowledge the issue, nor offer a solution when I asked. I’m now left with permanent black hair that will be difficult and costly to correct, if it can be corrected at all. I’m extremely disappointed by

My son just turned 2 and we were looking for someone to give him his first haircut. Faith did an incredible job, and we couldn't be happier! She has lots of experience with young kids, was patient, and kept him happy the whole time. She even had snacks at the end as a reward and lots of toys he could play with while she gave my husband a quick trim. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Faith!

Faith's is great, all the girls are friendly and good at what they do. Erin is amazing at haircuts and color! She's been doing my hair for years...

Love this place and the wonderful women that work here. Very lucky to have been able to get a walk-in haircut as all three ladies were booked for the day.
