This establishment was just what I needed! Im neurodivergent and making the appointment online was definitely a positive in my book! The waiting room was lit nicely and it was a very welcoming environment. My massage therapist Julianne was just perfect as well! I will be returning as soon as I can :)

Very quiet and welcoming environment. Jake’s massages are an essential part of treatment for my back pain and nerve compression. He is very knowledgeable of the mechanics of the body and trigger point therapy modality.

Absolutely amazing massage with Jake. He has great energy and I can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients. Will be back and referring people to him. Very grateful.

Top-notch massage studio in all ways. I heard more happy laughing and chattering coming from the reception area, but I can't say it bothered me exactly. But possibly I will next time ask for the music to be turned up. Jakes is very attuned to the specific issues I bring to the table, skilled at explaining his work when asked, and excellent at advising me on home care (exercises and trigger-point work) that will help.

I had my first facial with Sheila at Empowering Hands where I have had amazing messages. It is fabulous that she has been added to all they offer. Her facial was lovely; heavenly lotions with truly wonderful scents. Sheila is soft spoken, caring and gentle, but very effective.
