Faithful Braids

They quote you one price then when they done they say another. Gurl told me $75 for 5 stitch braids then when she finished she said $82 because of the 1 pack of hair. Like duh include the hair when quoting the price

1 week hair is tangle and nasty, momi owner dismissed my problem with my hair, hair is to short refused to make it even she doesn’t know what she is doing then don’t braid!! My Hair came out because I EXPLAINED IT WAS TIGHT!!! She said it was not how the hell you are going to tell me my hair is not tight when I feel it! Lose of hair, bumps on the back of my neck due to tightness. I address this issue and she was very unprofessional and robbed me out of 180.00 instead of fixing it! So sad! I’m reporting this to BBB I paid to much money for this

I went here as a first time customer for feed in braids this past week but unfortunately my style only lasted less than 5 days I went this past Monday and already today(Saturday honestly should’ve taken down a few days ago because my natural hair was sticking through) having to take them down. They do not specialize in protecting women with natural thick hair nor knowing how to properly blow dry without breaking off your natural hair and properly braiding with natural hair so that it is blended. Even tho I did call ahead and inform them before booking my apt that my hair was very natural and thick and needed to be properly blow dryed they assured me that wouldn’t be a problem but it was. Im sure they do lovely work but I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have relaxed hair. Please

My hair was messed up! I had med braids in front and large braids in the crown. I could not ware my hair in certain styles. They would not fix the problem. Don’t waste your money.

They are the best i have short hair and my tech caught it all and never lost a braid and they lasted for 6wks !! Very nice
