A wonderful spa at Fairmont Century Plaza — the perfect place for total relaxation. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and from the very first moments you feel truly welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to Lauren, who provided such warm and professional service, showed us around, and explained everything in detail, making us feel comfortable right away. The spa offers a great variety of saunas, all beautifully designed, very clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with not too many people, which makes it even more enjoyable. It’s an ideal spot for a girls’ day, recharging, and spending quality time with friends. We will definitely be back — it’s the kind of spa you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and in a great mood. 💆‍♀️✨

An excellent spa that you truly want to come back to. The atmosphere is very cozy, calm, and relaxing. I immediately noticed how clean everything was. All the saunas were perfectly clean and well maintained. Absolutely everything is provided, from robes and slippers to women’s essentials, so there is no need to bring anything with you. The delicious tea and treats were a very pleasant bonus. Many thanks to the staff, especially Brie. She explained everything in detail, gave a tour, and showed how to use everything. She is very friendly and welcoming, and you can feel the care from the very first minutes. An ideal place to spend time with a friend, with your loved one, or simply enjoy the peace and atmosphere. Ali, the Spa Director, personally welcomed me and escorted me to the spa, making me feel like a valued guest right from the start.
