Fairburn Nail Spa

This was the worst nail experience in history. It looks like I have Chiclets on my finger. He used so much acrylic. He was nasty. His personality was nasty. He made me feel uncomfortable from the moment. I stepped in a chair. He got angry because I want a second polish to overlay the other polish and start telling me to be quiet as if I was his child and I am a very grown woman. I’m a business owner and I do good business and I’ve come to the shop before This man was so disrespectful. I don’t know what his problem is, but it is a negative energy in there, and the other people who worked with him did not reprimand him or speak To them, but we can do better with our black dollars in SHOP with black nail salons. I am very disappointed with them. I’ve been there several times and they normally do a great job. This time a young girl with glasses did my S & S nails and they started chipping 2 days later. I had 3 nails that were shipped and broken in less than a week. I called the shop and they informed me to. I went in and they acted as if they didn’t recall speaking with me. They refused to put a tip on my broken nail and all she did was reshape my nails and added another clear coat on my nails. 2 days later they started to do the same thing. The clear coat started pealing and another one has chipped. My S & S normally last at least 3 weeks. I will NEVER return to Fairburn Nail Spa again!!!!!!!

It was my first time here I feel like they don’t know what they’re doing very impersonal. I also feel like my pedicure was rushed not very clean . I gave them a try and I will not be going back.

Worst place ever. Do not spend your money here. Went in for a full set and pedicure. Color immediately starting peeling off 3 days after. I also told them I wanted a specific color which look different when they starting painting it and the owner kept saying color would apply once finished. It never did. They also rush, don't greet you properly upon arrival, and the prices of service are completely wrong. Stay away from this place!
