We have been getting cuts from Anthony, one of the owners, since my son was a baby. 8 years later….my son and husband are still loyal clients of Anthony. He is like our family - we see him once a month for a fresh-clean cut. 💈 If you are looking a reliable barber, a great friend and a wonderful family-man to take care of your family too, call Faded barbershop and ask for Anthony. Faded Barbershop is located in the heart of downtown Carlsbad which makes it walking distance to all the amazing shops and restaurants in the area. It’s a great place for family outings and a scenic walk at the beach. We usually make the stop at the barbershop a fun family outing. 👍🏻🏆☺️

I was referred to this barbershop by a friend who spoke very highly of it, saying it was the best in the area. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect that recommendation. When my son and I arrived, we were asked if we were walk-ins, and after confirming we were, we were told the wait time would be approximately an hour and a half. What surprised us was that there was only one person in the chair at the time, and no haircut was taking place just a casual conversation. We decided not to wait. As we were walking out, another individual came in and asked for a haircut, and the barber immediately told him he was next. That interaction left us feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Been coming to this fine establishment for the last couple of years. Every time you walk through that front door you’re greeted by everyone. My barber I’ve been going to for years has been Anthony. Great humble guy and dedicated to his craft. You want that nice fade or hard line he got you! Understand this isn’t a quick in n out haircut this is a “Faded Barbershop” experience and you’ll leave satisfied and wanting to come back again sooner for another cut. Highly recommend.

Been going to this shop since it opened and the atmosphere has always been great. Jaime has been my barber for years and I’ve never walked out of the barber shop disappointed. Not once! He takes his time to make sure you get what you want, and I’ve never had a barber that has been more consistent! He is always ready to go at my appointment time, and has always let me know well in advance if he needs to switch things around. I never hesitate to recommend Jaime and this shop to any of my friends. Great barbers, friendly and fun vibe, and excellent customer service! If you’re new in town and are looking for a new barber, don’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

Love this shop! Every barber is extremely talented and thorough. Been getting cut up by these guys for years. Good vibes all around. Professional service with good tunes, cold beers and cocktails and great conversations! I take my 4year old son here and Anthony always makes him feel special. They make you feel like family. What other barbershop does this? Nobody. Hard to find customer service like this anywhere these days. Do yourself a favor and go get “Faded”!
