This was my first time ever having a facial and I have to say I’m obsessed. This was such an amazing experience at Face Lab, so intimate and relaxing. This was beyond my expectations. From the minute I walked in the door I felt at ease, and greeted with such enthusiasm. My face feels so soft. I’m excited for the outcome. And, the pricing is amazing. I definitely be returning.

Nicole is amazing! She tailored a facial to my skins specific needs and problem areas and gave me tips for my home routine. She was so kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The experience was also SO RELAXING. My face feels and looks so much better. I will not only go back, but would also recommend Nicole at Face Labs to everyone!

I came in with a lot of work being done I had a hydra facial, lash lift, and waxing. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Both Nicole and Lori made me feel extremely comfortable and walked me through every step they were doing. I left face labs with my skin glowing, feeling refreshed, and 10x more confident than I walked in!

UPDATE: Day 11 - Noticing legit improvements in elasticity and firmness. The crinkling in the cheeks is noticeably softening, tighter pores and just an overall tighter look. Money well-spent! Couldn't be happier. I went in but wasn't sure what I wanted. My issues are mostly typical age-related. Lori, was patient and walked me through all the various treatments. I settled on the jet plasma treatment, with BioRepeel. No pain, just a slight burning but not bad, very pleasant and relaxing. I'm about 5 days out and my skin looks great. I will update as results progress. Full benefits of cell turnover should appear over the next 4-6 weeks. I already booked a second treatment. I had such a great experience at Face Labs! With a facial and a backcial completed, I felt the most relaxed I’ve been in a long time. Having very dry skin, it is difficult to find hydrating lotions to help my skin stay smooth and hydrated. Post-facial, my face has never looked and felt better! I also have a back injury with chronic pain. With the backcial, I was able to relax my muscles more than I thought possible. Lori made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Couldn’t thank her enough for such a great experience!
