They’re only getting 1 star because I couldn’t give it 0! First off they’re super unprofessional. They do not greet you when you walk in and when you trying to inquire about prices and hairstyles they ignore you. I arrived here around 1ish in the afternoon and was informed it would be a 2 hour wait. I showed the lady the hairstyle I wanted for my daughter which was short twist with curly ends they previously did that came out really good. My sister wanted the same for her daughter but with a mid length. The 2 hour wait was fine as we were waiting for my niece to get out of school. The lady took my number and never called me. So once the 2 hour mark rolled around we went back to see why we weren’t called. At this point they had 2 new clients in their chair talking about they had people wait

Beautiful, spacious and clean with space to social distance and Fa is amazingly helpful. Knowledgable about hair and a little pricey but well worth it! Anta did my hair. They all do great hair!

ZERO STARS!! If you want pretty braids and no hair when you take the braids out, then go here. If you want professional and factual hair solutions go elsewhere. Either the women don't know a dam thing about hair OR they are purposefully damaging Black American women's hair ON PURPOSE!! I am an older woman who gave specific details about the state of my hair secondary to menopause. This was only the second time that I've had my hair braided so I didn't know. I was told that box braids were better for my hair. Clearly the untruth! I've been told by real beauticians and other experienced women that cornrows are definitely better for brittle hair. Additionally, the same woman told me that I could leave in my synthetic braids for 2 or more months!! Again, the beautician asked me who wer

I just called and asked do they do two strand twist for my locs. The lady proceeded to say they do two strands but not locs. Not only are they lying on their overview about doing dreadlocks, they can’t even twist two strands on actual locs. Plus they’re already overcharging for two strands when they can’t even do it. There’s many African salons to choose from. I recommend others to go elsewhere.

They work fast and braid well. I've had my hair done there 4-5 times. I have yet to get what I asked for, but because their braiding is so neat and well done, I don't complain. I would really like to get what I asked for one of these days.
