Yenii did an amazing job on my nails. They came out perfect for my 17th photoshoot. The toes also came out just like the photo I showed her. Very happy and pleased with the results. I recommend her to everyone. 😊

O M G. Not typically one to leave reviews but I had to this time. JAZMIN at the EAST Doral location was WONDERFUL! I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and she did an OUTSTANDING job on both my hands and feet. So obsessed, can't wait for my next appointment and for all the ones to come!

Terrible experience. I walked out of the salon with my cuticles bleeding after being made to wait one full hour past my scheduled appointment. Laura cut two of my cuticles so badly that they were bleeding, and I had to decline nail polish because it burned due to the cuts. She was at least polite, but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon.

I'm new to the Miami Doral area and looking for a place to get a good pedicure and Manicure I saw the F21 salon on the internet and they had decent reviews. I booked an appointment online, They call the day of my appointment to ask if I can come in earlier, Which was not a problem for me. They assigned a technician call Jazmin. The technician seems to be disinterested in doing the job, I didn't know if was because I was a none Spanish speaking client or she wasn't having a good day. It was the quickest pedicure I had ever had. Even though I book a spa pedicure with a regular manicure. The whole job took her less than 40 mins. During the manicure she was using her phone.I was a little annoyed but I still left her a tip.I just know I'll not be giving this place my business or recommenda

First I want to say CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT !!! I and a plus 1 needed to do our hands and feet. Before driving 20+ min. I decided to call before arriving. No answer at all from their part. Additionally we decided to go because we still had time before they close. When we arrived one of the doors stated their hours or service. One door said 8pm and the other one said 6pm. Once we arrived to the door of 8pm no one stood up and completely ignored us. We went to the door 6pm. It was locked. We peaked inside and still saw workers and clients inside. We mouthed “are you guys open” I got a “yes” from one of the employees. In the back of the salon there was another employee named YOANET.
