The parking was easy and the shuttle drove us to the airport. I believe the shuttle departs every 30min or every hour. When coming back from BWI they told me to call the number but I couldn’t reach a person so we ended up ubering back. Overall, it was a good cost for the parking and the shuttle to drive us to BWI, but it is very likely you will have to uber back to the hotel so budget that in.

Had a great experience with our shuttle driver, James! He was super friendly, kept great conversation the entire ride, and made the trip to the airport actually enjoyable. You can tell he cares about his passengers and drives safely the whole way. Definitely appreciate his professionalism and positive energy — would 100% ride with him again!

I would give -5 stars if I could. After a very long trip from Hawaii, I stood outside and watched the high Place shuttle pass without stopping while other hotels were lined up to pick up their patrons. When I called the number on my reservation, they also could not get through but advised me that I should take an Uber since the shuttle was not stopping for me. Will never use them again and will make sure that no one in my company does either. A complete sham.

Decent lot, good price but apparently they change drivers for the shuttle between 2 and 3, so if you show up in that window, or exactly at 2p, you're out of luck until 3p. We had to get an Uber for 7 people on top of paying for parking. Could have just parked at BWI.
