If you are someone trying to ask something to the manager woman don’t dare that, She is not gonna look you or never gonna make any conversation with you. I was there today afternoon to show her some products Everyone is willing to talk or help but she is not You might have a bad day dear but don’t treat people like that Just I want to make it sure the lady who had colorful hair( yellow or something) not the others I am sad for the other people that they have to work with her

When asked if I could return a lipgloss I had purchsed hours earlier, the cashier at the front indicated the manager was not in to issue a potential refund. However, she kindly retrieved a long, dark haired girl to assist me. I told her the gloss made my kips burn, that I wouldnt be able to use it. She wen towards the back, and had me wait an extended period of time. So, I decided to walk towards the back to address the young girl she had been speaking with, directly. The young girl claime to be the "manager" and "owner" of the business. The matter was simple: you sell a product that highlights itself as having hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, implying it is hydrating and soothing, instead I experience burning and stinging upon application. Every time I come into EZ I have the best experience, employees exude great customer service, they are extremely helpful, very nice and straight to the point. They have great prices and everything I need every.single.time! The membership comes in clutch time and time again. Overall a 10/10 experience.

I go to this store often and staff is wonderful they ask if you need help the only thing is they don't carry and black products for hair but other then that I have no complaints.
