EZ Nails made a great first impression! They were super efficient without sacrificing quality, and I was in and out in no time with flawless nails. The staff was professional and worked quickly while still being detail-oriented. I’ve only been once, but based on my experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. My first visit to EZ Nail Spa was so disappointing that I shared it on google reviews, feeling totally justified. Today, I'm revising my review. My original mani/pedi was with a technician who behaved like she'd rather be anywhere else. She hardly looked at me, which was probably why she nicked my cuticles 3 times and I felt dirty and really angry when I left. I was finished with that place. Then, the owner Lily tracked me down and phoned. She was very sorry I had such an unpleasant experience and asked me to let her make it up to me. I was touched, but never got around to rescheduling. Then she called again a few weeks later and this time I agreed to accept her offer. My second experience there could not have been better. Lily is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. My first visit here for mani/pedi and I definitely will not return. The tech that took care of me rushed through the process and the results show that. I bought my own polish with me and never had a problem with it showing as transparent before so I asked if she would put another coat on. Well, I guess that was it! She told me “well, not our product” as she reluctantly added a third coat. When it was time to move to the pedicure chair, she never offered to carry my purse or water bottle. The pedicure was fast…when I asked if there was callus on the bottom of my feet, she answered yes and said it was from my shoes. I asked if she would remove it, she got huffy again, reluctantly did it while telling me that some customers don’t want it removed and then said the she “is not a mind reader”! W

My wife and I had Mani’s and Pedi’s and they were both terrible! They reuse towels and do not sterilize instruments. The clippers etc were all thrown into a wooden box! Far from sanitary!! These were the worst we have ever had. The lady who did the waxing had no dea what she was doing! It’s a one and done !
