I’ve been coming here for years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always see the same lash tech, and she’s consistently amazing—professional, friendly, and she really knows what she’s doing. The vibe is always welcoming, the space is spotless, and everything feels clean and well cared for. Beyond lashes, they also offer eyebrow threading, facials, and CBD waxing, which makes it so convenient to get everything done in one place. And on weekends they even have a hairdresser who is truly talented—experienced in both color and cuts, and she gives an amazing blowout. They’re always busy for a reason, so I definitely recommend booking your appointment ahead of time—you’ll be glad you did. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for my eyebrows and Brazilian wax, and I couldn’t be happier! The place is super clean, relaxing, and Zoye always make me feel comfortable. My brows always come out perfectly shaped, and the wax is quick and as painless as possible. You can really tell they care about their clients and pay attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and results!

I wouldn't recommend this place.. Unless you want to experience CONSTANT scrapes and cuts on your face with lash and threading services... The lash tech is very inexperienced, and her techniques will cause your lashes to fall out. It is almost as though there is a certain level of care that is missing from threading and lash services depending on the customer..

From start to finish, she makes the experience relaxing, comfortable, and flawless. I’ve never felt more confident walking out with lashes that look this perfect and natural. She pays close attention to detail, and you can tell she truly cares about her craft. Every time I leave, I feel like a brand-new woman. Sapana is the best of the best! I wouldn’t trust my lashes with anyone else! 💕👏

Third time here and I can say it's my favorite spot to get the lashes, and eyebrows and wax done thus far in the UWS. I came in here 1 month ago with a Groupon the lashes lasted two weeks to almost 3. Today I came in to get a refill ended up getting the brows threaded and tint and the chocolate Brazilian hands down best service the ladies are sweet and careful ! I'll be calling this my lash/brow/wax spot from now on!!!
