Eyebrow Threading Studio

My boyfriend and I, have been coming here for a few years (3+). It was always like every 6 months or so. We knew they were a bit aggressive/hard when it came to their threading . Like they were in a hurry to get it done. But never had issues. However recently, we went in and they injured my boyfriend’s eyelid. The lady who did them, was pressuring him and trying to convince him to do Eyebrow Wax, however my BF doesn’t do wax since he is allergic to it. Which he did inform her but she was still trying to pressure him to do . That was a first time that has happened . And we have seen her before and she has done mine before as well. She was a bit upset my bf had said no and started threading . This is how she left him (See Picture). This happened on Monday:Swollen, tender , painful. Tuesda

i asked for basically nothing different just to clean my brows up and make them straighter, their not the shape i wanted definitely almost there. for the tint, when she showed me the results i almost thought she was pranking me and she would wipe more off. But no. that was the final product. i cried in my car for 45 minutes 😍 wouldn’t recommend getting tint at all.

i got my eyebrows done a couple weeks ago ago and they i really liked them, i came to get lash extensions and she did a pretty bad job, i got medium and they were huge, looked like at was at the circus. The glue was badly put on there like a strip, she was pressing down on my eye. We came back to get them taken off and when she was doing that she was ripping off the lashes and took some of my normal eyelashes off. Overall a really bad experience and unprofessional.

The service itself was good and the staff seemed skilled, but I was disappointed by the lack of hygiene standards. Some employees were wearing masks, but the person assisting me wasn’t, which made me uncomfortable. I also think they should be wearing gloves when working closely with people’s faces. Cleanliness and proper hygiene practices are really important, especially in personal care settings

No matter who you see, the staff is great. They never over-thread. Been coming for over a year and never had a bad threading experience
