Eyebrow Threading Palace

Do not recommend, they nicked my eyebrow and didn’t shape them well. They also moved my eyebrows up too high.

Love them. I support them Love Sherma. She's my go-to threader....if she is unavailable, Susie does an phonemenal job. Only Sherman & Susie...won't let anyone else

Horrible service! I brought my wife to this place, due to the good reviews, thinking that I would receive exceptional service. I had my two week daughter in the car waiting for the results. To my suprise my wife came back with no service. NOBODY greeted my wife or said anything to her. This was her first time here. The woman was talking the entire time, with the customer she was working on. I have no problem with them talking, but when there are multiple people waiting to be serviced, you would think that she would be a little more courteous of others time. I am completely disappointed in the service given and will not be returning. Incredibly unprofessional

I read some of the reviews to this place and decided to stop by. The young girl from Nepal was very friendly and sweet. She did a phenomenal job on my threading and was very patient and kind. I asked her if she could do my daughter’s henna if I came back later and she said she could and that they closed at 6pm. I went back around 3:30pm that same day and she was pretty busy. There were 3 people ahead of us and I asked her if we waited would she still do the henna for my daughter. She was hesitant at first but said she would. So we waited. During this time more and more people started walking in for threading. After we showed her some henna designs online, she said to pick one that wasn’t too detailed as she was busy and by herself. When I first moved out here 5+ years ago I got my eyebrows done at some other place and they ruined them :(. Not too long after I found this place, met Sema and never looked back. They can get busy but she makes sure to do quality work on each person that’s there, not trying to rush through everyone as I’ve experienced in other places. Sema would give me advice on how to help my eyebrows grow and always kept in mind how to work with the little eyebrow I did have (lol), to shape them as best as she could. It’s been a long journey but I’ve gotten my eyebrows back to what they used to be and I thank her for that! Highly recommend this place!
