I had a great time visiting Eyebrow Design. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were wonderfully .They were friendly, attentive, and really made our experience enjoyable. While the overall quality was excellent, the prices are quite high. I would love to come back more often, but the current pricing makes it a splurge rather than a regular visit."

Had a horrible experience with their employees just outside of their doors. When you are wearing the uniform of the company you are a direct representative of them. Maybe try to act in a more professional manner next time you interact with people. Edit note: I do not know about the issue that is referenced in the response but it is interesting that they are listing a different incident. Seems like it is not an isolated incident.

I love how my eyebrows look… especially how well Luana takes care of them. And the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would not trust my eyebrows anywhere else!
