Eyebrow Beauty

I think the lady who did my eyebrows today either had a bad day or just hates her job. She went through both my brows and upper lip fast, but was not detail-oriented at all. She missed a few hairs, did not do the upper parts of my eyebrows to clean up the shape, and I even had to remind her to trim my brows. I feel like I had an incomplete threading job and need to go elsewhere to finish what she started. Won’t be returning.

Worst eyebrow place EVER! The lady that assisted me took all of 5 mins to complete my service.! She was in such a rush she left hair on my eyebrows in patched spots and she kept pinching my nose when threading my lip. I work close by in the same plaza and this is the second bad experience here at this spot first was being over charged 5x because lady didn’t know how to use the machine. This time I still have hair left on my eyebrows and my nose tip got thread too…. (SMH) I don’t know how this nice high class area allows such businesses to make money off their community members. The lady is a horrible worker or business owner!!! Worst service in OC save your money find another location.

Lady here has no costumer service skill, she is in a rush to get you in and out. Note there was no one after me, looks likes it’s been slow all day. This was the quickest eyebrow threading I have had in my life. She missed a couple spots which I pointed out under my eyebrows on my eye lids and she cleaned up. Would give this place a lower review due to costumer service like a 3 but lady does know what she is doing. My eyebrows came out looking amazing. So have to give her a 4 stars . First time here. Will have to be back for the threading 😭

Oh my GOSH she is really fast. I was in and out within a couple minutes it was amazing. Just an eyebrow threading shape up was just 10$. A must stop place please support this ladt!

Really like the decor & cleanliness of this place. However, they are frequently understaffed--and frankly they do not Care. They only have 2 people threading answering phones and taking payments on a busy cinco De mayo.Then so many people in the sign in and one employee atarts taking her lunch- -which is finee-but no one else is there except a pregnant lady who is diligent but can only do so much. Don't think they really want customers. Left.
