Exquisite Nails

Unfortunately I would love to leave a 5 start review but unfortunately my nails didn’t last 8 hours. My nail (only thumb) had bubbled and now rippling. Of course it’s too late tonight to go back. I’m hoping the same tech is there tomorrow. (Price was my 8 yr old pedicure 37.00 plus mine 87.00 and then 25.00 tip. Total 153.26 after taxes 😔 and my tech was super nice and gentle just unfortunate.

An amazing place to treat yourself! So relaxing, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. I went in for a facial, pedicure, and waxing, and Angel provided all the services. I left feeling completely satisfied and refreshed. I love that everything can be done in one location. A phenomenal experience — highly recommend!

You're missing out if you haven’t been to Exquisite. Hands down the best nail salon in Augusta. I’ve been to many different salons and Exquisite has the best nail color options including so many cat eye options (most places only have dark cat eye selections while Exquisite has really nice pastels). The salon itself is spacious, extremely clean, and a beautiful calming aesthetic. They had spa music playing the whole time I was there which was nice to keep customers in a calming mood which made it feel high end and spa like. Their nail technicians are all very kind, considerate, skilled, and go out of their way to give you the result you’re looking for. I came in my very first time just yesterday asking for a complicated design and they were so nice and willing to help make my nails beautifu

First time visiting and very disappointed. I came in for a Gel-X soak-off with builder gel on my natural nails. The gel polish was lumpy, uneven, and flooded my cuticles. I asked for it to be removed and reapplied, but the result was the same. After nearly two hours, I had everything removed completely. When asked at checkout if everything was okay, I said no and received no response or attempt to resolve the issue. Poor quality work and lack of customer service. I will not be returning.

Car salesmen are less pushy than this place. What’s ironic is that the guy actually did good work on my hands. But even he at the end tried to charge me for something I didn’t ask for. The woman who did my feet was the worst. I counted 17 times she haggled me about some sort of upgrade or up charge. Not only that, when I declined with a smile for the 18th time she rushed my pedicure. When I got home I realized she didn’t put a clear coat on all of my toes. 😂 I just hate that sort of experience, it’s just not necessary. I tip generously and for a good experience I’ll splurge but it’s tainted when it feels like a constant haggle.
