Expert Nails Risley square Galloway nj

I have recently moved to Middlesex county, and needed a new nail salon (used to go to a salon in Fairlawn, NJ for over 10 years). This place is not the prettiest (reason for 4 stars), but the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have visited twice, and both times I was seeing at my appointment time (no wait). Carmen did my nails last, and she did amazing. Cindy has done my pedicure both times, and she has been the nicest. I am still trying out other services, but so far I am satisfied.

Got a dip powder set done on Thursday and my whole left hand came out by the next day, Friday. I called and notified them that I’d be coming and the lady said it was okay. When I got there, I was blown away by the attitude of the owner. She asked me if I remembered the color and then threw the color samples down on the seat next to me. I had to get my hand fixed by the technician who did my nails the first time and she had an attitude as well. I literally said nothing to these people and gave the tech a $30 tip for a $45 service the first day. I still can’t understand the treatment. Saturday while making breakfast the set on my right hand started coming off. I called again and went back and the owner had the same nasty attitude. Went into the salon @ 12:45pm, didn’t leave until 4:15pm just for a gel pedicure. Once I finally got someone to start on my nails she rushed through my pedicure, leaving my polish uneven, I wanted basic white gel toes & they look a mess. Usually I tip well but I absolutely did not this time. This establishment is highly unprofessional and serviced people that came in after me before me. Will never be returning!!!! & also beware this salon does MMA Acrylic, will also be reporting them for using these illegal acrylic.

Terrible customer service!! I would not suggest this place at all! I was told a certain price when I started getting my nails done however the price was literally DOUBLED at the end!!What type of treatment is this?!Then the employees had the audacity to yell in my face and forcefully clipped my nails off without my consent! As the staff of the nail salon, you must ensure that your clients are comfortable and satisfied with their experience but the one I had was quite the opposite!! There is very poor sanitation as well although we are in a pandemic!

Brought my 11 year old child to wax her upper lip and left there with a first degree burn. I do not recommend this place. My child has been waxed many times at other places and never had this happen to her. Very upsetting. They are careless and need better training on how to wax people. There are ways to know if the wax is hot before hand rather than trying it on people’s skin and leaving them with a burn. This should zero stars.
