Heather is absolutely amazing!! She was so much fun and so engaging! She transformed my sorry sad hair into sexy beautiful blonde with the perfect highlights to frame my face. The coloring she chose was dynamic and fun but natural and exactly what I wanted, plus something foundational that will be manageable as it grows out. She listened to me and made me feel really good about taking steps toward some much needed self care ❤️ The girls got me in quickly, everyone was friendly, the salon is comfortable and beautiful and there was such good energy there, clients and staff! Highly recommend this place, but super highly definitely certainly recommend Heather!!!

I always have a great experience, especially with the best nail tech at tangles Andrea Tavarez. Also, the best hairstyle is there and colors which is Audrey. I recommend everyone to go to her. She always goes above and beyond and the colors that she uses in your hair are amazing. She truly is wonderful as well as Andrea who is my twin sister.

John gave me an amazing new color that I am in love with. He is a certified master colorist and it shows!! I have been going to him for years and he still amazes me with new styles I adore. As for Tangles itself, the salon was stylish and clean and the staff very friendly! It’s homey and chic all at once. They have been in business for quite some time and you can see why they good people good business!

went here with my mom and it was a super great place staff was amazing and so is everyone else except for the stylist Heather she was shit talking her coworker the whole time and it was so unprofessional and annoying. She was even talking about how she doesn't wanna work here anymore and as someone who is in the cosmetology field this was so unprofessional. as someone in the cosmetology field, I was embarrassed for the clients who were in the salon, listening to Heather. I really hope she finds somewhere else to work because this place seems amazing but she is really dragging it down.

Kelly got me an appointment in day time I got there a little late. Miranda took care of wash haircut and eyebrows waxed. Have an important event going to this week . Miranda did an excellent job.
