This is by far the friendliest co-working space I’ve ever had an office in. Everyone who rents here is respectful of one another’s space, and I’ve built some truly great connections. The team behind this location, Erin, Tony, and Hugo, genuinely care about the tenants, our clients, and the building itself. Their energy and support make me look forward to coming to the office each day. Highly recommend!

Expansive has a perfect setup if you need a solid co-working space. Flexible options too. This building is in a convenient location in Houston. The staff seem to have a genuine appreciation of their tenants.

Upon visiting the building the security guard is inviting and helpful. It was really appreciated that there is an eating area with free coffee and tea and a space to sit and eat. And the building grounds are well maintained.

The concierge at this location is one of the most friendly and helpful ones I’ve come across. I can tell he truly enjoys what he does! :)
