Expansive The Capitol

From the moment I walked in for my first day pass, Tanya was so helpful! She showed me the phone booth areas, where to get coffee and validated my parking. They also set up breakfast on Wednesdays which is great! I had some issues with WiFi and Tanya and Megan were super quick to jump in and help. The space itself is quiet, clean, and the location is great! Definitely the best co-working space I’ve found in Madison.

My company has been in this building for many years, but Expansive has been by far, the most dependable management so far. The building manager, Tanya, is extremely responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. She regularly accommodates my team’s requests with grace. I really enjoy working in this building. The spaces are modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Any minor maintenance needs we have are quickly resolved by Chris, the building engineer. He is also extremely friendly and responsive.
