I've had my business office in this location for almost 5 years and they have provided a top tier service and accommodations for me and my clients. To top of the line amenities and location, you add an staff that is focused on improving on a daily basis and making your business success the priority. I have to thank Alex and Fredy for always going above and beyond to resolve any hiccups or concerns I've had during this time.

There is no 15-minute grace period in the parking area, please be careful. There isn’t a single responsible person in the building anymore — it has truly become a complete mess inside the property.

Expansive Biscayne is an excellent workspace with a great atmosphere and top-notch amenities. What really makes the experience stand out is the amazing staff—Alex, Fredy, and Sandra are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. Their professionalism and positive energy truly elevate the space. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Coming from other co-working spaces where you just get lost in the sea of desks... This is a winner that stands out in Miami. Comfortable environment, great coffee and tea, and the community here is social. Absolutely awesome place to work, especially if you are in tech. 5 stars.

After reviewing all options, NOVEL was my choice for a variety of reasons, mostly the fact NOVEL owns its properties, and the location was new and looks amazing. I moved (first tenant) in July 2020 and has been an amazing experience since. The management team is amazing!!!! Great amenities, and outstanding community between the tenants creating a great place to work at, and full of business of business opportunities from a well diverse of professionals, entrepreneurs, and local businesses.
