Exhale Massage Therapy

I have lived a lot of different places and Rachel is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Every time I’m in NY I book an appt with her. I always leave feeling less tense, muscles more relaxed and having to find away to maintain until our next visit. She really is the best!

I love Exhale! Such a beautiful spa. From the moment you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. Everyone that I have encountered has been absolutely terrific! Heidi is amazing and leaves you feeling like you are walking on clouds when you leave! I would give even more stars if Google allowed!

Went for an hour massage. Rachel was the best masseuse!!! She was so kind, applied the right amount of pressure, and used techniques no other massage therapist has ever used before. I feel amazing. Can't wait to go back!!!

Wonderful establishment with a quiet, calm and relaxing atmosphere. My 90 minutes massage - done by Heidi, with added cupping was exactly what I needed. I was in a state of euphoria by the time we were done. She even asked if the temperature in the room was to my liking!!!! Highly recommend.

Amazing 👏 me and my wife had such a good time we're planning on making it part of our monthly date day plans. Its a must go especially if you carry alot of your stress in your shoulders like me. I feel like a whole new person when its over. The hardest part is having to leave! 😂
