Exhale Massage and Yoga

I had an exceptional Somatic Touch massage with Sarah at Exhale Massage and Yoga, and it was truly incredible. Her skill, presence, and intuitive approach created a deeply restorative experience - both physically and mentally. This was one of the most effective and grounding bodywork sessions I’ve had; highly recommended and wish I found her sooner!

Exhale Massage and Yoga is a new found gem for me! I have been enjoying getting back into yoga in the new year and I just had my first massage with Sarah! Her energy is perfect for relaxation and her space is incredibly inviting. I highly recommend taking a yoga class before treatment to find the right headspace. She caters each yoga class to the group present and I leave feeling taller and more centered! I can’t recommend Exhale enough for both yoga and massage!

Highly recommend!!! I’ve seen Sarah in the past when I needed relief for shoulder pain and she was always wonderful. Recently I found a last minute opening with Allison to help relieve horrible upper back pain, I couldn’t bend or take a deep breath and in one session she fixed me! The massage was so customized to what I needed I’m glad I found an opening here instead of the local massage chain. I usually bounce around to different massage places and nothing ever beats these girls! Coming back as often as I can to prevent any more issues from popping up. Easy parking right out front was perfect too!
