Capelli Salon

I visited this salon because of all the positive reviews, and it did not disappoint! First, they are very responsive with scheduling over email--which I really appreciate! The salon was very lively with a fun, welcoming atmosphere. I had my haircut done by Trinh, and she was amazing—she took the time to give thoughtful recommendations and made me feel confident trusting her process. I absolutely love my haircut and will definitely be coming back for my future hair care needs. Hair details: East Asian hair texture, wavy hair, digital perm done in March 2025.

“Magic fingers!” I tell Trinh because as soon as she plucks my curls, they look better. I am always satisfied with Trinh’s cuts. Sometimes the cuts may be a little short or a little long, but the cuts always have a flattering shape. Best of all, Trinh’s cuts hold their shape and I do not need frequent cuts. The Capelli Salon has a friendly vibe and I feel welcomed.

Nice, comfortable salon. I liked the stylist as a person but the quality of work was lacking. I am not picky about my haircuts for the most part- I tend to ask for a trim & long layers. I needed to find a salon closer to home so I decided to try out salon Capelli. I'm writing this a day after my appointment as I was able to take a closer look once I got home as the stylist had a client after me. The attention to detail I think was the issue as my front layers were not checked (stylist comes to the front of you & pull layers to check for equal length) & as you can see in the photos they're not even. I asked for a middle part, so both sides should look the same but they're completely different lengths. There wasn't much blending, so it looks a bit choppy. As a person, I don't know all the i

Only posting this because my review from some time ago was taken down. Everyone here is super nice but I’d caution people with very curly hair to come here for blowouts. I paid close to 80 dollars for my cousins wedding for a blowout and I asked the stylist if he is able to blow dry curly hair well and he told me he used to work in NYC and has dealt with lots of different curls. My roots were curly and I was utterly shocked at the work. My hair was very frizzy and the ends barely straight. I tried straightening it myself when I got home right before the wedding but ultimately ended up having to wash my hair and wear my curls. I was so disappointed in the time and money wasted.
