I had two treatments for acne scarring. The first was RF microneedling and was great. I was happy to continue with that. Tamika suggested we try Halo laser the next time and that’s when things went downhill. My skin did not tolerate it well at all. It’s been two months and I am left with inflamed, cystic acne and hyperpigmentation that I did not have before. Attempting to get advice or support from Tamika has been unsuccessful. My primary care doctor has treated it with oral antibiotics (because I could not tolerate any topicals for many weeks) and my dermatologist has been back on my tretinoin and now some hydroquinone for the pigmentation. Hopefully my skin will fully heal soon, but the problem I went in to address was only partially improved and I walked away with problems I didn’t eve
