Excellent Nails

This place is seriously horrible service. Went in for a manicure and pedicure, see the photos for final result. Instead of apologizing, Becky laughed and Andy said oh maybe you’re in a bad mood. Criminal, stay clear. You’re better off having your kids do your nails.

Cindy did my nails. Second time here, but experience was pretty good. I didn’t have an appointment and only waited 10 minutes. She did take her time and my nails came out looking pretty good. The only thing that I would recommend is that they should be a little friendlier and cleaner. I think cleaning the silicone nail cushion thing where you rest your arm would be a good idea and if hand wash was done a bit more frequently. I understand they have a lot to do and see a lot of customers but hygiene is very important, makes the customers feel like they’re in a safer environment. Over all pretty good experience

First time trying this place. My sister recommended them to me. I sat with Andy. The best acrylic manicure I have ever had. They’re perfect. No flaw in sight. Highly recommend this place! It’s quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately most nail salons are no longer relaxing. This place however really is!!!

My daughters nails where disgustingly crooked, the lady took forever for a service that looks like it was done by a 3 month old and costed $70. Not only was the service terrible but there where about 3-4 workers pointing and laughing at my daughters friends who where patiently waiting for her to get her nails done. Terrible service do not recomend

Just got this fill in yesterday. The prices here are absolutely ridiculous. $70 for a fill in. I was going to get chrome nail polish but he tried charging me an extra $15 which would have made them $85. Don’t get me wrong the nails are not bad but i was charged $10 extra for a shape change that took him two minutes and he also took 2 hours to complete the fill in. Unfortunately this is insane and i will not be returning
