South Shore Salt N' Sauna

I won a generous gift certificate from this spa and they happily excepted it. I had the “holistic rebalancing facial” given by Gabriella. She was fabulous. She was very informative and thorough while treating me. The room and office was beautiful, tranquil and clean. Well worth the drive from the north shore to East Islip. I’ll definitely return and happily pay next time 😃.

Such a relaxing experience! I really loved everything about this place. It was so cozy, clean and everything was so high end. The ambiance created a truly calming experience. I had a 90 minute massage with Tracy, that was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. What an incredible hidden gem and very reasonably priced. I’ll be back soon.

Gabby is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I walked in, she created such a relaxing and calming environment that instantly put me at ease. Her touch is gentle, her energy is soothing, and the entire facial felt like a reset for both my skin and my mind. I left feeling refreshed and glowing, my inflammation went down noticeably, and even my acne looked calmer and less angry. My skin has never looked better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for a facial that’s both deeply relaxing and delivers real results.

My mom and I love Gabriela!!! She is so personable and amazing at what she does. Shares so much knowledge and she is constantly working for more education, growth and advancements within the spa space. Just when you think it couldn’t become any better she finds a way of making every experience feel better than the last. I already am so overdue to go back! I’m making it my mission!

Today was my first experience at Salt and Sauna and I immediately booked my next appointment. I got the Essentials Facial with added High Frequency! I do not want to wash my face! It looks and feels amazing! The massaging was also so relaxing!! I also got the Essentials Back treatment as the therapeutic massage was booked for today. It was very enjoyable! Included a back scrub, wonderful massage of back, neck, shoulders, and feet! I left feeling blissful! She also included deep breathing and aromatherapy! Gabriella was knowledgeable and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. She made sure to adjust pressure when I asked! I also liked that they did not try to sell me any products!! This is a family run spa (mom and daughter) that is beautiful, clean and peaceful. I cannot wait to return
